それは いっしょに の希望のことば
アトゥトゥとは共に、一緒にという意味のビルマ語です
ミャンマーに関係する支援活動がはじめられようとしたとき、会の名前は、どちらかが与える側、どちらかが受ける側と固定されず、いっしょに生きていこう、いっしょに運動していくことを大切にしたいと話し合いました。ビルマ語のアトゥトゥ、いっしょ、ともに、をいつでも心に留めて活動しています。
団体設立の経緯〜発端は祈りから
2021年2月1日,ミャンマーで軍事クーデターが起こったのち、日本に住んでいるミャンマーにルーツを持つ人びととその友だちが、今できることは何か？を考え始め、同年2月12日、第一回目の「ミャンマーを覚える祈り会が行われました。この祈り会は以降、毎週オンラインで続けられています。これがアトゥトゥのはじまりでした。

クーデター後のミャンマーでの軍事暴力、ミャンマー国内で避難生活を余儀なくされる人々、日本からの帰国が困難になる人々、日本での差別や偏見によって生活上の不自由を強いられる人々が多くいます。アトゥトゥは、おたがいに声をかけ合いながら、顔と顔とが見える小規模な支援を続けています。

軍事クーデターによって生活基盤を損なわれるミャンマーのともを覚え続けて
アトゥトゥミャンマーの祈り
クーデター直後、日本でもミャンマーの市民が立ち上がり、軍事クーデターに抗議し、市民不服従運動によって民主化を求める様子が報道されていました。
しかし月日が経つにつれ、日本ではミャンマーについての報道は少なくなり、人々の関心は薄れています。
「アジア最後のフロンティア」とさえ呼ばれたミャンマーにおける数多くの建設事業、開発事業のため日本は莫大な投資をしてきました。日本とミャンマーは「強いパイプ」でつながっており、クーデター直後からミャンマー軍評議会との交渉を行うとして、市民への弾圧に対して日本政府は緩慢な態度をとってきたと言えるのではないでしょうか。
日本に住んでいるミャンマーの人々、
ミャンマーにいる人々と
具体的に祈りでつながり、
互いの生活を維持し合う関係を
草の根で作っていきたい。
それがアトゥトゥミャンマーの祈りです。

共同代表 マ キン サンサン アウン
日本バプテスト同盟 高槻バプテスト教会 牧師
1972年生まれ。ミャンマー ヤンゴン出身。
1988年ミャンマー国民衆主化運動全国デモによりすべての学校が閉鎖されたため、高卒で来日。1991年 名古屋YWCA日本語学校 卒業。その後、日本においてキリスト教宣教の志を与えられ、神学校へ。2002年 JTJ神学校志願科卒業。2015年日本バプテスト神学校 神学専門課程教師養成コース 卒業。ミャンマーへの初めての宣教師アドニラム・ジャドソン研究で論文を執筆。
2015年 日本バプテスト同盟 杉並中通教会にて伝道者としての新たな人生を歩み始める。2018年受按。
2021年 アトゥトゥミャンマー支援共同代表。
2022年 日本バプテスト同盟 高槻バプテスト教会牧師 現在に至る。

1969年生まれ。大阪出身。関西学院大学神学部神学研究科博士課程後期課程単位取得退学。神戸西伝道所、曽根キリスト教会にて牧会。
現在、マイノリティ宣教センター共同主事、日本バプテスト同盟 駒込平和教会牧師。
ルーテル学院大学、東京家政大学非常勤講師。
アジアの文脈から、批判的フェミニスト視座から聖書テクストの読み直し、女たちのエンパワーメントに参与したいと願っています。

We always keep in mind the Burmese words 'Atutu', 'with' and 'together'.
From prayers~How ATUTU was established
After the military coup in Myanmar on 1 February 2021, Myanmar people living in Japan and their friends started the prayer meeting for Myanmar in Japan on 12 February. This prayer meeting has continued online every week, Friday night. Atutu Myanmar was led by the continuous prayers for Myanmar.

People in Myanmar, Myanmar People in Japan, and.....
Many people are forced to live in displacement in Myanmar because of the military violence in Myanmar after the coup. Many Myanmar people in Japan are faced difficulties to return home, they are forced to suffer discrimination and prejudice in Japan. ATTU continues to provide small, face-to-face support.

Atutu Myanmar's activities start with a prayer meeting for Myanmar.
It is held every Friday at 9 pm online.
You can participate without any registration every week.
Many participants pray in a Christian Protestant style, but we are open to anyone, regardless of denomination or religion, to make their voice heard.
When attending, please display your name or turn on your face in the screen.
Please help ensure the safety of those with Myanmar people.

Pray for Myanmar
After the coup, 1st of Feb. 2021, we heard the reports of protesting against the military coup and demanding democracy through a civil disobedience movement(CDM). Now there were fewer reports about Myanmar in Japan, and people's interest.
Japan has invested in numerous development projects in Myanmar, which has even been called the "Last Frontier of Asia".
Japan and Myanmar are connected by a 'strong pipeline', and it could be said that the Japanese Government has taken a lax attitude towards the repression of its citizens, as it has been negotiating with the Myanmar Military Council since after the coup d'état.
People from Myanmar living in Japan, and people in Myanmar~ We are building a relationship with each other through grassroots ways.
That is the prayer of Atutu Myanmar.

Born in 1972 in Yangon, Myanmar.
Came to Japan as a high school graduate in 1988 when all schools were closed because of the People's Democratic Movement against military violence.
1991 Graduated from Nagoya YWCA Japanese Language School.
2002 Graduated from JTJ
2015 Graduated from Japan Baptist Theological Seminary
Thesis in the study of Adoniram Judson, the first missionary to Myanmar.
2015 Begins new life as a missionary at Suginami Nakadori Church, Japan Baptist Union.
